Surat makes the lehengas and sarees. Most of the labels making them still sell through a wholesaler's counter, a marketplace listing, or Instagram DMs. Digiflexx builds the other route: your own Shopify store, designed as a brand and built to be found, so the customer and the margin stay with you.
We are a brand and web design studio in Surat, and the proof is one label, done properly.
The JMS Studio store
JMS Studio has made bridal couture in Surat since 1981. Wholesale first, textile market, family business. We rebuilt the brand and built them a Shopify store. In the twelve months after launch the store recorded 61,893 sessions and sold to customers in more than 25 countries. No paid ads ran. Traffic peaked at 8,337 sessions in November 2025.
That is not a template shop with a logo dropped in. It is a catalogue written the way a bride searches, imagery that survives a phone screen, payments and shipping that work for an NRI bride, and a wholesale side kept completely out of sight. The full story is in the case study, and the how-to is in how do I sell lehengas online from Surat.
What a fashion store needs, and what we build
The catalogue, before the design. SKU, fabric, work, colour, fit type, what is in the box. Semi-stitched or fully stitched on every listing, because that is the first question in every DM. We structure the catalogue so it can be searched, filtered and updated by your own team without calling us.
A brand, not a theme. Type, colour, photography rules and a homepage that says who you are in one scroll. The store should look like the label, not like the last Shopify store the buyer saw.
Payments and shipping that do not break at the border. Indian cards and UPI, international cards, GST-inclusive pricing so the price on the page is the price paid, and shipping that quotes an overseas address at checkout without a phone call.
Campaign imagery from the shots you already have. Two beats per design, built from your mannequin and close-up photographs, for collection pages and Instagram. We never generate detail shots. Embroidery is real or it is not shown.
Wholesale, separately. A password-protected trade catalogue on its own address, with rates your retail customer never sees. JMS runs exactly this at jmsstudio.in.
Built to be found. Structured data on products, a clean sitemap, collection pages written around real searches ("bridal lehenga Surat", "semi-stitched lehenga online"), and the machine layer that gets the store cited by AI assistants. This is the part most Shopify agencies skip and it is where JMS's 25 countries came from. More on that at get found.
Stock and margin, after launch. For JMS we also built Parakh, the software that tells them what sells, what sits and what each design actually earned. A store is the start; running it well is the rest.
What it costs
Third-party market ranges for India, not our rates. We quote to scope after one WhatsApp conversation.
| Build | Typical range | What you get |
|---|---|---|
| Basic Shopify store, studio-built | ₹50,000 to ₹1.5 lakh | Theme, catalogue, payments, shipping, basic SEO |
| Properly branded store | ₹1.5 to 5 lakh | Custom design, collection storytelling, fit and size help, structured data |
| Fully custom build | ₹5 lakh and up | Bespoke front end, integrations, wholesale portals |

How it goes
- Tell us the label. A WhatsApp message with your Instagram handle and roughly how many designs you carry is enough.
- We design. Catalogue structure first, then the brand, then the store, shared on your phone as it takes shape.
- You launch, and we stay. Live, tax-correct, shipping abroad, and set up to be found. Then we keep building: imagery for the next collection, the wholesale gate, the stock software if you want it.
Most stores go from first message to live in six to eight weeks, depending on how ready the catalogue and photographs are.
Before you message
Two things worth reading first: does a fashion label need its own website if it sells on Instagram, and how do I sell lehengas online from Surat without a marketplace. If they sound like your situation, message me. I answer these myself.
