The brief

Make forty years of craft visible — to brides 8,000 km away.

No photography existed — and no studio budget The buyer can't touch the fabric Manufacturer prices that mustn't look cheap

The calls we made

Five decisions did the heavy lifting.

01

Boutiques hide prices. Brides shop by budget.

Budget became the front door — four bands, starter to couture. Nobody feels priced out.

02

An inventory list reads like a warehouse.

We named the racks into capsules. The same pieces now read like a house line.

03

Bridalwear sells in motion, not flat.

Film leads the store — and every order ships only after a video of the finished piece.

04

The campaign needed a camera nobody could afford.

The pipeline replaced the studio. Phone photo in, campaign out — for every new piece, forever.

Trust is a design material.

Receipts, laid into the interface. Nothing asks to be believed.

The output

The campaign that never booked a studio.

Every frame began as a phone photo from the workshop.

Handed over

Not files. A machine that runs.

Brand system

Maroon from the dye, ivory from the silk, gold used sparingly. Found, not invented.

Imagery pipeline

The team feeds it phone photos; it returns campaigns. Hours, not weeks.

Commerce playbook

Every call written down, so the store compounds without us.

The build, in progress

Global was step one. Now we’re building how they run.

01Live

Online & global

The catalogue and storefront that took a 40-year house worldwide — to 25+ countries, organically.

02In build

Purchasing & inventory

Workflow software to sharpen what they buy and what they hold — less dead stock, less scramble.

03In build

Demand, forecast

Demand forecasting, so stock follows what actually sells — not guesswork.

“We never expected going online to be our biggest breakthrough. Digiflexx gave us a store and product shots worthy of the craft — and the orders followed from across the world.”
