If you are launching a project in Surat this season, you already know what the competition looks like. The same hoarding on the same flyover, a brochure the printer designed, a WhatsApp forward with fourteen photos and a price list. Buyers cannot tell one launch from the next, so they compare on rate per square foot, and that is a race nobody wins.
Digiflexx is a brand and web design studio in Surat. We build the half of a project that sells it before it exists: the name, the story, the launch website, the campaign imagery, and the search layer so buyers find it by name. This page says what that means in practice, what it costs by market rates, and what we have built so you can judge for yourself.
What a launch actually needs
A tower takes crores and years. The launch that sells it usually takes an afternoon and a PDF. Here is the full list, and you can take any part of it on its own.
A name and identity that survive every surface. The hoarding at 60 km/h, the brochure on a coffee table, the WhatsApp thumbnail at 300 pixels. One mark, one type system, one colour world, and rules so the printer and the digital agency stop drifting apart.
A story about the buyer, not the concrete. Nobody buys RCC. They buy a Sunday morning, a school run, a view. We write the launch around who lives there, then let the specifications back it up.
A launch website built to convert, not to decorate. Master plan you can move through, floor plans by typology, a video hero that loads on a phone, site-visit booking, and lead capture that lands in your sales team's WhatsApp within a minute. Bilingual if the buyer base needs it.
Campaign imagery before the building exists. Renders are the starting point. We produce campaign-grade visuals from them, lifestyle scenes, seasonal creatives, social sets, so the project looks finished and lived in from day one.
The RERA block, designed in. Since 15 June 2025, GujRERA requires the registration number and a QR code on every ad, brochure and website, with the number no smaller than the contact details. We build it into the layout so it looks intentional and passes inspection.
Found by name and by area. Structured data, a clean sitemap, pages written around what buyers type: "3 BHK in Vesu", "new project near Dumas Road". When a buyer asks Google or an AI assistant about your project, the answer should come from your site.
What we have built
Two launches you can open and move through right now. Both are self-initiated concept builds, made to show what a modern launch feels like. They are not commissioned by, or affiliated with, the developers named.
- Safa Gate, Dubai. A bilingual, cinematic tower launch. Scroll it on a phone and watch how the story unfolds before a single specification appears.
- Avadh Habitat, Surat. A video hero and an interactive master plan for a Surat township, built the way a Surat buyer actually browses, on a phone, on the go.
Both are on the work page, alongside a delivered client build for JMS Studio that took a 1981 Surat house to customers in 25+ countries with no paid ads. Different sector, same discipline: build the thing to be found and to convert.
What it costs
These are third-party market ranges for India, not our rates. We quote to scope after one conversation, and we would rather you walked in knowing the market.
| Piece | Typical range | Source |
|---|---|---|
| Basic real estate website | ₹75,000 to ₹2 lakh | HTBG, 2026 |
| Advanced launch site with video, interactive plan, lead capture | ₹3 to 8 lakh | SeekNext, 2026 |
| Brand identity for a project | quoted to scope | |
| Campaign imagery | quoted to scope |
A launch website is a fraction of one flat's brokerage. If it closes one out-of-city buyer who would otherwise never have visited, it has paid for itself.
How it goes
- Tell us the project. A WhatsApp message with the location, the typologies and the launch date is enough to start.
- We design. Identity first, then the site and the imagery, shared as they take shape. You see everything on your phone before it goes anywhere.
- You launch, and we stay. Everything arrives live and RERA-ready. Then we keep the site fed as towers release and prices move.
Most launches go from first message to live in eight to ten weeks.
Before you message
Read how do you brand a real estate project so it sells before it is built. It is the thinking behind this page, with the GujRERA rule spelled out and the two launches shown in full. If it makes sense to you, we will get on well.
